Embrace a Calmer Christmas

Do you ever feel that Christmas is supposed to be this ‘perfect’ time?

In my mind, I should be able to:

  • buy the perfect gift for everyone I know

  • have my home beautifully decorated

  • apart from the decorations my home if free from any sign of life, no clutter, no dust no toys…

  • cook a beautiful festive feast

  • do all the crafts with my kids

  • the list goes on and on …

I wanted to be this woman at Christmas ➡️

But inevitably I wound up a frazzled mess trying to please everyone and actually pleasing no-one and ending up feeling overwhelmed, wrung out and resentful.

EVERYTHING changed for me when my daughter was suddenly very ill.

I go into it more in the video ⬇️ (skip to minute 2.00 to hear that bit) but essentially my life was rocked to the core and I knew I had to change! I knew that the old way wasn’t serving me and my family.

But it wasn’t that easy. It still took a lot of us to actually make the changes we needed to.

ANYWAY…

Fast forward to Christmas 2023, and now I am a huge believer in choosing to only do the things that bring meaning and joy to you and your family at Christmas time (and all other times of the year, too).

So this year to have more joy and less stress

we are spending 10 Calm Minutes

in the Garden everyday from 24.11 until 24.12.

We will use that time to reconnect with what really matters to us and our families!

Will you join me?

10 Calm Minutes everyday

P.S. My Free Calm Christmas Workbook is finished! To get it just here ⬇️
